 The
Audio AG booth
was definitely exciting for me. The company is known worldwide
for the professional distribution of the highly acclaimed RME
soundcards and MADI outboard equipment.  There
will be not many hits produced without participation of an RME
product.

tube audio electronic and another unit for the RME
hi gh
end digital audio workstation at the Synthax
booth.
Since march 2008 Audio
AG is taking care of the distribution of Lehmannaudio
professional products worldwide. The German distribution company
Synthax, closely affiliated
to Audio AG, also distributes ready made Mogami cables and other
brands like Miditemp and Alva.
 On
the left you see two of the six custom made Tegeler
demonstration racks. Tegeler is manufacturing higly acclaimed
tube audio electronics. Synthax
has been using Ultrasone
headphones for the demonstrations
The
main Synthax
booth in Hall 5.1 had around 160 sqm and six quiet conversation
cabins.
 RME
was presenting the complete RME
premium line of their products at a separate 24sqm booth in
hall 8. These devices are top notch top performers at a modest
price and many of them have already been highly awarded. The
company does does not have to be afraid of far east copyists
simply because the originals are always performing better...
 Stefan
Flock who was doing the presentation of the RME
premium products is one of the master brains behind RME.
He is personally responsible for some of the finest microphone
preamps and ADCs on the musical instrument market.  Besides
that he still manages to work as audio engineer for well known
classical record companies.
The unit on the right side is an example for cutting edge technology
from RME.
The DMC-842 is an interface for digital microphones following
the newest AES-42 standards.
