People is a manufacturer of professional headphone amps well known
in Germany. Fried Reim explained how the units work and showed
me some specialties in detail.  What
I liked most was the story of another manufacturer who tried to
copy their products - and failed because he did not understand
the inherent protection circuit.
Here you see a number of products piled on the Lake People table.
They also manufacture a number of D/A and A/D converters. Fried Reim,
president of Lake People, had to travel about 600km to attend the
meeting.

Lake people headphone amps are unique in providing maximum signal
level. They are widely know in Germany among musicians and studios.
